At Pup Ring, we want you and your furry friend to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all non-customized jewelry items.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely place the item in its original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
